Default 1957 Corvette Heater control switch nut and ****

I just bought a new heater control switch for my 57 but can't find a vendor showing the mounting nut and **** for the switches . Anybody know a vendor that sells these parts ?

Default 1957 Heater switch Connections

Anyone know how the wires hook up on the two terminals on the heater switch for my 57 ? I don't want to risk burning out the resistor . I would assume that there is just a break in the power wire and each end attaches to one terminal on the switch . Correct ? And does this switch need to be grounded through the steel cable . Unfortunately there is no information on any of this in the schematics or anywhere that I can find on line .

Here's the orientation of mine, which is original. White wire is power in. red wire goes to blower fan.

I'll look through some of my old parts later today to see if I might have a nut and ****. Hope this helps.
