Default Lower baffle

Does anyone have pics of their lower baffle and seal. I didn't even know the part existed. Mine had an aftermarket nose on it and the baffle was never replaced. I have the baffle. I would like to see how it's attached.

I don't know what you mean by a 'lower baffle'

Its a fiberglass panel that goes in front of the radiator to keep air from going below the radiator. It bonds to the nose and screws to a seal that somehow attaches to the radiator. I'd like to see this setup.

I thought that might be it, wasn't sure. yes, I used it. (ignore the bracket in the first pic, that was for my air dam)

There is a diagram on page 11-13 sheet 6 in the AIM. This front of the baffle fits on the rear edge of the front valance and the back is screwed on.

If its this part the corner bonds often come loose on older cars - as in my 61. I 'rebonded those areas and added the rubber seals across the bottom and made some for the corners out of old rubber tool box drawer liner material.

Can't say I remember any screws in the piece but then I wasn't looking for any.

The few drawings I've seen do show it bonded to the body and screwed to the seal. I wanted to bond it just to stiffen the nose and support it. Thanks everyone!
