Is it possible to find out how many of a specific build were made, like a blue laguna color & 327 (300hp) automatic trans combo.

i have the line item of each options build numbers but wondered if data existed on a specific combo?

nope Chevy never kept such records like that. there are some known numbers of engine trans combo with certain options that effected the engine. but none known with colors. and numbers you see with colors is a guess

You can take the percentages of each variable and do some math. But like Keith said it would just be guess. Most likely not a great one at that.

putting numbers into a hat and pulling it out would be just as accurate but then again no one can prove you wrong

I have an original, one family owned, '66 Laguna Blue 427/390 4 spd convertible, with full documentation including the sales order form. But this is the only information that can be found: "Laguna Blue, the third rarest color for '66 Corvettes. Only 2,054 cars came in Laguna Blue. It ranks up there with Trophy Blue and Tuxedo Black for rare paint colors."
