Wow - I never took the time to think about it....just moved everything out of the way and drop the mother in there...
Put a battery in the 63 when I got it (NAPA Legend), then put an AC/Delco for judging a few weeks later.....
Amazing how simple maintenance tasks become tests of ingenuity....

I went to Costco to get a $ and they told me it would spill acid if I had to tip it to get it in place. I obviously have no idea of how much I will have to tip it.
I like the idea of duct tape over the vents to minimize my spills. I have a battery strap but that is not the issue.
It is not the time to ask for help when I have the battery half way in
