throwout bearing adjustment
At slow speeds I can feel the pressure plate not fully engaging the clutch after a longer than usual drive. I think the cause is from metal flywheel expanding it gets hotter. I do not smell clutch so that part is good.
I am thinking I need to adjust the rod on the clutch linkage. I think I would need to shorten the rod. Is the correct?

'yes', BUT your TO bearing clearance should never be so 'tight' that expansion causes the pressure plate to be engaged.
clearance is typically determined and set by the freeplay at the top of the pedal.

It could be a rear brake getting hung up. Somewhere there is something that needs to be adjusted since I only feel it when I park it into the garage after a long drive. Hard to test with putting it in neutral while driving into the garage. I guess I could test it on a long slow straight away in a parking lot.

I think I have to keep troubleshooting it. The only way to do it is to take it for a long drive. By long I mean 50 or so miles. The more I think about it the more I think it is a brake then again I do not smell brakes either. Kind of puzzling...
