Pure unadulterated sex on wheels! Hell, I was rooting for the Ford Mark IVs to win, but I still thought this was a prettier car!

It depends on weather you take purpose built race cars out of the equation and just compare the factory everyday production cars.

Love the old art deco cars, Delahaye 135, I'd never want to own one, but I do appreciate them as an artistic masterpiece.
As far as what I would own, I love my C2, and I am a big Porsche geek, and working in an automotive studio, my appreciation of hand crafted cars is more of an obsession. I have to give my nod to the Singer Porsche builds, just amazing inside and out.

Good idea for a thread......lots of good choices here. I take hundreds of photos each year of cars at shows.....I find I take the most photos of the cars I admire the most. Here are a few of my favorites (a bit biased on the Midyear and the Avantis):

IMHO the most beautiful car ever built; however, many of the others in this thread are very nice.

Great thread and I am honoured to be in your company, I have owned at least three of the examples illustrated here ('64 E-Type OTS, Sting Ray Coupe and '64 Buick Riviera) and the lines, the drivetrains, and the seating are wonderful. Italian gun to my head, though …
Just looka' those compound curves, bellisimo !

One of my best friends had one exactly like this in high school that I rode to school in often. LOVE the big aluminum trim side.
