While I am trying to adjust and fit my hood ,I have fixed the issue with my shim packs originals are in place .
The hood is a little higher than the header panel on the rh side also the rh fender edge is also higher than the hood edge.
My Headlight supports are in place.
I'm not clear what you're saying. If your hood is high on the passenger side fender and also at the front (hinge) end, remove a shim(s) to lower it. Bill
If your have some adjustment left at the hood hinges (shims) you may just have to lower the hood slightly and split the difference in fit to the fenders and nose header and live with it for now. If you don't have any shims under the hinges, you can try installing a shim under the rear most hinge bolt only, which will tilt the pivot point down a little and lower the hood a small amount.
The hood is a little higher than the header panel on the rh side also the rh fender edge is also higher than the hood edge.

First off GOOD photos would be a GREAT help.
What I need to know is HOW flush is your hood....when shut... at the area where your hood hinges are located. So you are checking the side of the hood and fender areas.
IF they are flush.....THEN is the hood at the front area above or below it???
