NO big deal!! I've been called worse in my life!
Whoever re-wrote that article really mashed all the facts together. Most of the timeline is out of whack but it's great that the car is getting some attention.

Thanks Mike! Likewise, always great talking Corvettes with passionate collectors. This car has such great racing history. It's always fun to see a private entry race competitively against the "Big Sponsored" cars. John Lewis was lucky to be friendly with Cale Yarborough and G C Spenser also. Having those two as drivers in the Daytona races is a great addition to the history.
I wish his son would have been able to find us more photos of the car from the 64 season. Those old slides are GOLD!
