CA catalog lists two different top shields for the '65 327. An early and a late. How do I know which one I need and can anyone here tell me what the difference is between the two? My car is an April build. Thanks, Greg
During the 65 model year, there was a change from metal rivets (early) to plastic rivets (late) that secures the plastic insulation to the under side of the shielding. There wasn't a definitive date for this change. My 1 owner 65 built April 7th had one of each.
