My source indicates Blue (418 vinyl) (419 leather) as a dark blue color and Bright Blues (414 vinyl) (415 leather) as a light, slightly metallic color. Dennis

Thanks Dennis. So would 1966 Code 414 Bright Blue be the same as 1965 Code 414 Blue?

I don't think they are the same per GM specs, but CA offers a Bright Blue vinyl (not based on the production code) for '65. That doesn't make it correct, just usable on '65 seats. Dennis

Greg, there is no difference between 65 interior "Blue" 414/415 and 66-67 "Bright Blue". The reason they added "Bright" after 65 to that code is because they offered both Bright Blue and 418/419 "Dark Blue" in 66. So depending where you are sourcing your dash pads (or paint), it could be the vendor is not describing the color correctly for 66 interiors ... since there was Medium Bright Blue and Dark Blue. Suggest you call them to clarify before you order. Bill
