I'm trying to find some creative or custom options to the factory hood latch system for my C2 restomod. Most every build I've looked at still has the left and right basic factory female connector plates by the firewall with the two hood pins and the cable release system. I'm trying to come up with a more custom / stealth / creative / clean look in the engine bay. I've seen the factory connector plates chromed but looking for something unique for my build. Please post any pics or link references to something that you might have used or seen that made you think "I wish I would have used that / this is what I would have done if I could do it over again".
