I love it. I also bought a garage a while ago, and a separate little cottage came with. What a perfect world we live in!!

Joe

glad it worked out for you. You’re in what we thought was the best part of the city.

I've posted these pictures before, but when we had our house built, I had it built with a 6car garage. The far side of the garage (2car wide and 2 deep) is drive through. We have a corner lot, so I have a drive down the back of the lot.
About 4yrs ago, I needed more garage space, so I had a 5car garage built with a breezeway between the garage and the new building.
There were strings attached to getting a 6car garage. My wife said if I was getting a garage that big, then she was getting a big kitchen, with lots of cabinets and an island-----------------------tooooooooooo easy, I said OK.

Front and back before the new building, and before the back drive was added..

Back drive, from each end of the drive.

Front and back of the new addition. One side is also drive through.

.

Congrats on the new garage and house . You are going to love the minters in Cape Coral. The summers may take getting use to. My wife and I left NY for Florida in 87. Never looked back. Just south of you is Marco Island and east is Captiva and Sanibel, both are beautiful. Lastly, when you are down here, you will not have to shell out $18 to go over the VZ bridge. Good luck. Jerry

How big does it have to be to be big enough???????????
I don't know...but I added a 20x40 on my 30x40 afew years ago. NOT ENOUGH now!
So this year I'm building a separate building across the street ...a 40 x100. maybe that will work?

Naa....I'm pretty sure it STILL won't be enough! ....I can almost fill it up already' and its not even built...lol!
