I can not speak from experience but for the most part when it comes to custom wheels you get what you pay for.
That's not to say either of the wheels you mentioned are pour quality but there are reasons why they are at the price point they are at.
Beside that chrome is not what it was years ago. That's why you see a lot of the chrome factory reproduction wheels peeling after being exposed to the elements.
