I'm not sure a 1960 was used, unless it was in a Pilot.

I just finished watching the first 3 episodes of the 1st season of 4, on the Roku channel free. I don't have Prime. The C1 is a 1961 in those. Easy to spot, from side view of cove trim, and 61-62, later C3 rear end styling. Only got to watch 1/4 of 1st season as I had to start working 6 day week. 5-9 PM regular hrs, + 1/2 hr to close Station up, & 12 1/2 hrs 9am-9:30 pm Saturdays.

Season 1, Episode 1 was the only one using a 1960 Corvette. If you watch it, check out how young George Kennedy (guest star) looked.

Just went back and replayed start of episode 1. It was a 60. 61 in 2. My fixation on car that couldn't store as much luggage as a C8 can...LOL.

In one 1961 episode, Martin Milner is about to enter a race at Riverside, and you can see him remove the air cleaner from the '61, revealing the 2 fours. All the cars were 4 speed cars. After George Maharis left, they replaced him with Glenn Corbett, who was very similar to Martin Milner in character...refined and academic. The previous chemistry between him and streetwise Buz was lost.
These episodes hold up today, IMO, even if they do tend to have a liberal agenda/slant. They show an America that is long gone, and the way life once was before gentrification when every city and town was different. A time when character actually counted and entitlement wasn't at the forefront. We were still a manufacturing country then, and two drifters like Buz and Tod could actually roll into town and get living-wage jobs. I like that time period...the cars, the way people dressed, (especially the women), and the architecture. Something about a classy young lady in a well-fitted skirt and high heels.....and not a single ugly tattoo in sight. If you haven't seen the show, check it out. It's pretty good.

100% Correct!!!
