I'm sure the Pennsylvania State Police would be interested in this guy. What he's doing is forgery. I didn't notice "FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY" across the top of that title, or anything similar. It's like printing up $20 bills and selling them on ebay or wherever. Bogus legal documents, especially government issued ones, will get you time in Federal prison.
