Ground issue?

Ground issue?
Good morning,
recently rebuilt a 63 from the ground up and we got her running yesterday (first startup). Problem is, we have a weird issue. New harness(s) throughout. Our left turn signal indicator in the dash, the left and right courtesy lights, and the front turn signals, and rear brake lights are blinking with a random pattern, I know its probably a ground issue but i've checked everything (i think) please if someone could help that would be great!
