Zip's website says they are open for business and shipping daily. I placed an order with them early yesterday for what showed "In Stock" items. I paid with PayPal and received a PP receipt/confirmation, but still nothing from Zip. I tried phoning them, but no answer. Tried emailing them, but no answer and tried sending them a PM through our forum and no answer.
I checked out as a quest, so I can't look up my order.
Does anyone know if they truly are still fulfilling orders like their website states?
They are fulfilling orders as of last week. I drove there and picked up my back order items. I had to call ahead and they met me in the parking lot with my stuff. The showroom is not open and they just took delivery of their C8 mule.

Thanks, I'm glad you were able to get them to answer the phone. I have had no luck with that!
UPDATE; I just received a PM here on the forum from Joe @ Zip. He said he sees my order in their system and would find out why I didn't receive a confirmation email.

Yes, that followed same day order was placed......They may not be open on weekends.....not certain! Virginia is a little crazy right now.......

I placed my order quite a bit prior to their stated 3:00pm EST cut-off for same day shipping, that is why I am concerned I didn't get the confirmation email yesterday, being a week day. I could have got the parts cheaper at a few of their competitors, but I chose Zip because of their statment of "in stock" coupled with "orders shipped same day if placed by 3:oopm"
Going stir crazy being pent up from this situation we are all in and want to work on the C2.

Ditto......That's why I check to make sure parts are ready to ship.............
I have picked up several orders over the last two weeks. Volumes are way higher than normal. I am not sure if they are just M-F. They are very customer oriented. I had sent them an email over their website and did not get a response so I gave them a call the next morning and they told me they had 65 calls in the queue that they were working through.
We may have to cut vendors a little extra slack given the current situation. Yeah, I know what their web site says, but who knows how many people they are doing without for one reason or another? We're all used to instant response but for a while that may just not be possible. Suggest you see what Monday brings and go from there.
I placed an order from Zip Thursday afternoon and not only did they ship it on Thursday UPS ground but I received it Friday morning in Pennsylvania! It doesn’t get any better than that!

Yes we are open. I noticed you called on Friday but you didn't say when you called. We are 3 hours ahead of you so maybe that could have been the issue, we are also slammed right now. If you can give me your full name I can look up your order and send you a PM.

Thank you Justin, I greatly appreciate your reply! It seems really strange that I still have not received "confirmation of order" email. Don't those go our automatically?
I've ordered a lot of stuff from them over the last few weeks. Last order was just 3 days ago. I have an acct setup with them and didn't use the guest. They ship relatively quick so I'm guessing the order didn't go through for some reason.
In some cases, the staff may be focused on actually filling the orders, perhaps at the expense of communication.
I was about to post that Paragon seems to be running behind, I placed an order Thursday and have not got shipping info yet. BUT - the order just arrived at my door! Knowing it was coming would have been nice, but I'm more than willing to forgive that since the parts are actually here!
