Default dash cluster ground

Hi everybody I hope all is well, I was wondering what the little prong is just under the oil pressure gauge to the right of it. is that for a ground wire.its a 1966 c2. thanks.

The ground is located just above the tachometer. The "prong" you're asking about may be one of the tangs that holds the oil gauge and temp gauge in place. Hopefully, this terrific picture will help.

thanks, there is prong looks lie it is for a wire.i dont see it on the dash cluster there

mine is in a different place than the one in pic , mine is at the bottom of dash cluster between ignition switch and oil pressure gauge

Is there one at the top of the tachometer? I've never seen one down by the oil gauge from the factory. Factory harness ground wire won't reach that far. Add on??

Just finishing a 66 dash resto.
Here's a pic of the original dash removed. the ground lug you are asking about is in the picture.
