How do I get a Build Sheet for my new to me 1960 Vette? All I can tell from the very early VIN is that it was built in Oct. 1959. Thank you for the help.
There is no such thing as a build sheet for your Vette. To determine its original factory configuration, you have to just look at the details of the car, the patina on the parts which survive... in other words become a good sleuth.
I also have a very early 60 (202) and I made up a fake window sticker with the options and prices listed that came with the car. It still has the original engine and date stamp. It has been updated with front disk brakes and I changed to a four speed and added EPAS electric power steering myself. Like they said, you can't get any build sheets or anything else that shows the options the car had when built.

Thank you for the great information. When the car gets to my place I will be asking more questions.
I just noticed your user name implies your new-to-you '60 is a fuelie. There will be several clues as to whether or not it was factory equipped with FI and, if so, which FI engine.
I do know this about the car. Purchased in Detroit, Michigan in 1960. They already owned a 1954. The family then went to Calf. then Quebec Canada then back to the the US. It has a fuelie tach to match the 283 (non numbers matching) with complete fuelie / intake / date coded two point distributor. I heard the car sat for 20 years and then was placed in a shipping container for the last 20 years. When I heard about it, I went that night with a flashlight, opened the big steel doors and put cash down. I am the second owner.
