Yes, I have that, and I'm good on everything that is covered in there. Great info. As far as bending them it says bend to fit. I need to get sharper angle where it turns up, and I don't want to kink it.

That's what I did with mine -- bend a little and test fit, bend a little more, etc. That will work, but as you bend, the beads widen and may need to be clamped narrower so the fuzzies don't impede window movement.
Wow I don't get on here too often but glad to see you guys using my stuff to help. Yes every repro set I ever got, and there have been a lot of them, has a unique as-built profile and requires some tweaking to get the bead to sit properly in the post curves. My fingers still hurt from doing so many of them. Fortunately just using finger pressure I never had one kink on me. Some were easy, some were really painful.
Chip, looking great. Nice detail.
Do you have the side-glass assembly in or out of the door? If it's out use it to test fit the curved fuzzy section to make sure it doesn't hang up in there. Sometimes I've had to spread the opening a bit with a wood wedge to get just a tad more room.

Yea window is out, I will test fit everything before install and cross my fingers.
Rich your pics and instructions are "PRICELESS"! You have shortened the learning curve by leaps and bounds.

Back at it, inside stainless didn't fit as good as I thought, started with a little touch up and just kept fitting better and better, still have to get that last edge carefully hope not to damage exposed part.

I used some 1/4 plywood to make a form to bend around......carefully
I like that idea. The outer one wasn't to bad but the inner is giving me fits, I get the wrong bend then spend way too much time straightening just to start over.

Thanks for the PDF. Helpful to me too. I also going to be working door assembly soon.
Anyone know the proper order of assembling the door guts? I test fit everything but will soon be reassembly with finished paint and am a little nervous.
