Look at the size of the memory provided and possibly factor in the cost of additional memory if insufficient. My camera came with just 16MB of memory, which was quickly replaced by a 128MB card.
The provided software packages can make a difference too. My neighbor likes my software better than the one they received. I don't know if you need to check the system requirements to run the software.
At first I didn't think much of the movie making feature, till I started using it (like at the SVRA event I attended!), now I wouldn't buy a camera without it.
All these choices, and you'll soon be back to the forum asking about the best printer options..... :D
