Won't start
Had dead battery put charger on. Charger shows full charge no juice to anything. Where do I look next. Thanks in Advance. Jim

check to see if you have juice to the red wire on the horn relay, and check the bulk head connector for the red wire terminal

Start by measuring the posts of the battery, not the cables the posts. Then measure from the positive battery post to the chassis ground and then from the positive cable on the battery to a good ground. If you have 12 volts there, measure for 12 volts at the red wires on the horn relay. You've probably got a corroded or broken battery cable or end. It could be either the positive or the ground cable. Use a meter, start at the source and proceed.
