There are no bolts/screws holding it to the riser.
As mentioned, leave the one channel out, and get one roller in the track, and IIRC, you raise of lower the riser into you can get the other roller to go into the track, and i also believe there is one 'stop" bolt that then needs to be inserted into metal channel on the bottom of the window channel last, but its been ~14 years since i put my windows back in.
The rear vertical window channel.... If it needs relining, go to some fabric store and buy some black felt sheet and glue it in. I used a black contact type cement, just swabbed it in teh steel channel a nd folded and pushed in teh felt with a wood stick cut to width (three paint stirring sticks taped togetehr works) while the glue was still real wet. I understand the stuff sold by Corvette vendors is too thick and causes binding.
Here's an excellent video by Joe Calcagno (Rare Corvettes) on removing and installing the regulator. This helped me immensely when I redid the doors on our '60.
Also attached are some PDF files based on Forum members (Rich Mozzetta, Mile Colette, 427390HP (Terry)) works that may give you some insight into the tasks ahead of you.
It is not the easiest job and I have pretty small hands. It took two of us with a little modification involving fiberglass removal on the internal part of the door to get the job done on my '57. The video is really quite good.
