Default Split window coupe

I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THIS 1963 SPLIT WINDOW. There is a " Buyer's Premium - 23% " But it is what it is.. Here is a sight where it is being sold. --- https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item...t-window-coupe
Description
American. 1963. This 1963 Corvette 'split window' coupe was imported from the United States by the late Gary Archer in approximately 1983. It was stored away as an investment in a dry, heated garage until Archer's death in early 2022 and can be considered a true 'survivor'. Before long term storage, the vehicle was the recipient of a cosmetic restoration that included a colour change from saddle tan (932) to red and a vinyl interior update that included saddle tan seat covers, interior door panels, and carpets. The non-running, non-tested circa 1970 350CI engine is a replacement. This 1963 Corvette is one of 278 produced with air-conditioning; one of 629 produced with full tinted glass; and one of 3742 produced with power windows. It retains the original Powerglide Automatic transmission and period-correct knock-offs by Kelsey-Hayes. The air cleaner is missing. This rare fresh to the market example is a worthy contender for a complete master restoration. VIN # 30837S111146 Sold "as is". Gary Archer Collection.
Buyer's Premium 23%
1963 Chevrolet Corvette 'Split Window' Coupe Estimate CA$40,000 - CA$60,000 - 15d 18h 30m 34s
I see there is 15 days left. IF you are thinking / ck it out - just the pictures should give a hint as to the needs. Last picture. If bought and repair work even color chg., may have a nice driver.

ONCE AGAIN - I know nothing about this / may be good or a $$$ PIT.

Thanks Have a BLESSED THANKS GIVING Be SAFE

Nice car but it can be considered a survivor only to the extent that it still exists

Hummm riveted VIN plate and a very corroded frame from a 65 or later car non original motor. Looks like a great restomod candidate

It is odd that you hit the OPs link and the high bid is $25 CDN, which is essentially the change I keep in my Challenger’s ashtray:

And the ad insists its the epitome of a “Survivor” while featuring a color change, interior change and an engine out of a ‘70 something.

And yet… air?

Seeing how this ad is posted for discussion, lets move it to the General section.

It might be a tad early for a real C 60 air car.
