Has anyone tried to use 68-69 headrests in a 66-67 corvette. I have an extra set of headrests for my 68 and would like to use them in my 66. The 66 didn't come with headrests doesn't have the receptacle welded in so I can try it. I like the 68-69 headrests better (and already have them).
Thanks, Don
Check out post #5 on the below thread. Seems like you will have to buy a different mounting bracket than was OE with 66 and 67 headrest equipped C2's. I did a quick search but was unable to find anyone who sells a C3 headrest conversion bracket that gets welded inside of the seat. It appears that you cannot use a C3 headrest with a C2 bracket.
