Yes. I have a DEPSTECH brand video scope that works in conjunction with my cell phone or laptop. It's very handy and comes with a light that can be used to illuminate darker locations you wish to scope. The image is very high quality and the unit is extremely affordable.
I have two similar cameras, but both of mine have their own screen built in. I find that I use them a lot more than I thought that I would. In a C2, you can actually get into quite a bit of the birdcage and other potential problem areas. I am not sure what the advantage would be by using your cell phone for the display. I have a depstech 1080p camera with the screen and the price was about the same as the one shown above.

I bought one from this brand on Amazon 4 or 5 years ago. Love it. Used it on my cars and around the house. Great for finding stupid nuts or bolts that drop down somewhere in the car. I will probably upgrade mine as the resolutions are so much better now. They have a lot of different models.
Bought one, don’t recall brand. Shipped to me from Los Angeles. After arrival I find it only works with Android. I have Apple. No warning on any add. Tried to send it back. Wanted me to send it back to China. Shipping was more than product price. Gave it to my brother who used Android.
Those things are awesome. I have a FLIR IR camera that works with iPhone too, that combines IR with visible. .
