I'm reassembling the clock in my '66. To disassemble it I bent the tabs on the back case back to seperate the halves. Now the clock is repaired, how do you bend the tabs back to secure both halves?
The metal on the rear case seems very robust and a needle nose pliers won't budge it.
Any ideas?

It's been a mighty long time since I had my clock apart but I think I just pushed hard with a flat blade screwdriver in the notches of the expanded tabs to attach the two housings back together. I don't think you can get any pliers, etc. in between the two halves. Maybe tap gently with small chisel point.
