Looking for a pic on how the rear harness lays after coming out of the door cover near the back by the seat on a convertible. I forgot to take a pic and I have the harness going into the door cover and then going along the rear. As you can see, the seat blocks it coming up.
Didn’t take a picture, but my 64 has a harness retainer that fastens in a hole down near the luggage stop. Wires then roll up over the top of the fender and were held in place with about 4 strips of black tape similar to duct tape but much thinner. Position is about the middle of the inner fender between the outer vertical and where it rolls over toward the luggage floor. As you approach the rear near the deck lid spring, it’s nearer the outer edge than center. Wires could have been a few inches longer to make it fit easier, but guess they shrunk while the harness was out .
