That really sux! I happen to own an identical Prius for my work car & a BB 67. Looks like the Pri Pri (wife's name for it) is way tougher than my 67 is.

Maybe in today's world. Back "in the day" it would spend about 2 weeks at the local Corvette guru's shop, and roll back out on the road none the worse for the wear.
Been there! Wish I never saw that! That impact was far worse than mine. My damage was 40K less the added things that I got corrected....Front bumpers are absolutely worthless, body hits will occur at speeds less than 10 mph. And the way cars are currently designed, C2 front ends do NOT match up well with any newer vehicle rearends.......
Not sure if that's a BB or not...... I would not say "TOTALED" But with good insurance, that owner is looking at 60K damages. That also depends on where this happened......
For comparison: It's been 2 years! If you have got these beauties out on the road, pay stricked attention. You are probabely not on your phone, BUT the driver behind you, or in front might be!!!!
If front chassis damage is minimal, along with front suspension damage. AND I know the radiator is shot. With that being said, if no engine damage, definately repairable......it will be a year + before it is back on the road. (6 months for the proper panels and parts)
That’s ugly. But if a real big block probably worth salvaging and repair. Hope the occupant(s) are OK. I’ve gotten to where I’m hyper-paranoid driving my old cars for this very reason. Not much protection in an old Corvette or my ERA Cobra.
