Why would my clock be running 2 hours fast? The clock was restored by Corvette Specialties of MD in 2003 so 21 years could be part of the problem. In the past I have been able to speed up a slow clock by winding the hands completely around but have never seen on run this fast.Any idea how to fix it or do I need to get it restored again?

2 hours fast over what period of time? How many times have you set it back and forth for DST? What year car? 59/60 at least has a speed adjustment on the face. C2's auto slow down when you set the time back and auto speed up when you set them ahead ( a little each time) . That doesn't work out very well with DST off and on, by the way.
It takes about 24 hours to get ahead 2 hours. It is the original clock in a 1966.I just got the car March 22 so no DST adjustment yet.I think the car sat around a lot before I got it.Restored in 2003 and had 1,854 miles on it when I got it.
I Googled “C2 Clock Corvette Forum”(which I should have done to begin with) and saw a post by you from 2018 discussing this issue.I forgot about having a slow clock in a 1967 and being told how to correct.I will turn it back and see if that fixes it.I had several C2’s back in the sixties and it was just understood that the clock was wrong.
Thanks for the help.

sorry I can’t help. I can’t get your numbers to add up.
One solution is to have a crystal mechanism installed. The installation is pretty much transparent. I did this for my C3's. The only noticeable difference is that the second hand moves continuously. With the OEM mechanical mechanism, the second hand moves in one second like interval steps. So I guess for a NCRS judging event, you could loose a point or two here.
my '66 clock runs about 20 minutes fast over a days time. I have been running it backwards for about a year and it hasn't changed anything. some clocks will readjust speed by running them backwards or forwards. I was told this would help my clock, but it hasn't. I just reset the clock before I take the car out.

There is a counterweight in the clock which can be adjusted. You have to open the clock shell.
Mine runs about 15 minutes fast a day, but I have not addressed it as I so often disconnect my battery and when I drive it, I usually have to reset it anyway.
