490K for a '63 convertible is Dark Blue Vinyl trim. Based on survey data, your body number (two separate sequences for coupe and convertible, using the same starting point) of 5602 puts your VIN as 11569, which came off the line approximately March 27, 1963. Your trim tag should have "G4" or "G5" stamped just to the left of the word "Detroit" at the top as the body build date code.
