I am on a C2 / C3 chassis restoration page on Facebook. It was started by a man named David Howard who was a great guy & did nice work - he made some chassis parts like front crossmember jack plates & removable brackets, he even loaned out tools free of charge. Unfortunately he passed away but the guy in that pic is I believe one of his friends, is an admin on the page and has taken over some of his work & projects. I don't believe he is a scammer or anything if that's what you are worried about, but I do not know him firsthand nor have I seen any of his work.

yes, very sadly David passed earlier this year. I am just a member of that group, not an admin. But I had numerous conversations with David before he passed and also Robert who is now running that group. If you want to see more details of my work on trailing arms, diffs look at the C3 group on FB or VetteMod..... I have been around C3s since 2004.... yes, I know the big players like Gary and Mike too.... it is a small world and a tight community.....
Gary would be my 1st option but he has a 9 month lead time right now
I just got my rear diff. Back from Gary (GTR), (TIME flew by) he warned me about how his schedule was so busy, but it was the best decision I made it’s almost like a labor of love on how this guy approaches his rebuilds/restoration/blueprint’s.. he was working on setting up the correct end play on a rear C2 hub & pointed out how others do it & the pros & cons on this critical set-up..
I personally took the 3hr. Drive & dropped off a gear box & my rear diff. unit/s to Gary (had e-mails back & forth thru out the years with diff./side yoke play, etc. concerns & questions), he’s like a doctor on his approach to these units & knows them like the back of his hand..
Just came back from my initial road test on my diff./blueprint unit from Gary & so far the 4.11’s & other repairs are quiet as mouse leak free..
If you have the time give it to Gary he will send you a ton of before & after pics of his work while it’s being done it’s truly a labor of love no short cuts & knows many tricks I’m sure but only knows one way doing it, The Right Way…
and yes, if anybody needs a diff or trailing arms built.... can do....

Soooo, I'm getting the distinct impression that you, MYBAD79, is Karsten – yes?
