You might remember I am trying to help my friend who bought a 66 original BB and was having ride height issues. The car now has a SB. We solved the rear sitting 3" higher by getting another 7 leaf spring and the front, that was sitting 2 1/2" too high by putting in the correct coil springs, removing the spacer that was between the upper arm and the spindle and getting rid of all the poly bushings, I did the alignment and now the car goes straight and sits nice.
Next issue is I could not identify the bell housing and it has a leak in the front of the Muncie. So today we pulled the trans and bell. Here is what I found:

Trans yoke wiped out:

No idea what this bell is but it is heavy! Notice the modification:

Bad and wrong clutch fork:

Creative clutch push rod:

Counter shaft bore so bad the shaft is banging into the bell housing:

I am not sure that was a BUBBA build or a junk yard maniac. Did it work at all?

That's an old time scattershied from the 60's. Looks like someone hacked it for a different starter

WEDGE on it makes me think of Mopar. I guess I’m not old enough to know of them.
