It is some kind of 'inaugural laps' decal, from the National Corvette Museum, I assume.
It was on my car when I bought it but the seller removed it. I do not know why, perhaps he felt I wouldn't like it. Curious as to what it read. Larger size makes it utterly illegible sorry. Anybody recognize it?

It looks like it might be a decal commemorating "inaugural laps" at the NCM Motorsports park.
I could not find a duplicate of that decal but the logo is pretty clear that it is from the NCM Motorsports Park which opened in 2014.
Does anyone recognize this decal?
