1963 327 Block Question
I am restoring a 63 Vette. VIN 30867S102217 Can anyone tell me what date stamp block I should be looking for. I know the casting number. Just need the correct date stamp to look for. Hopefully I can find one somewhere.

based on your "EARLY" VIN and an approximate build date of October 24, 1962 on your 1963, you need to be looking for a block with a July, August, September and any day in those months and 62 for the year casting date on the block
(i.e., G, H, I xx 62) - a block with a casting date like this will put you in the "preferred" 6-month window that the NCRS looks for
