The wife's brand X SUV produces more dust that a West Texas windstorm.
I have applied mega coats of Zaino to the front wheels with the hope of getting that stuff to slide off.
I think less accumulates and what does stick comes off easier, but I'm not sure it is worth the pain.
My next step is different (harder) brake pads which of course will squeak.
I can't answer your question directly but Raybetos makes a brake pad that produces far less dust than normal pads. I put a set on my '70 Nova. They stop well, don't squeak and brake dust is not a (big) problem. I don't know if they are available for a Corvette or not. Might be worth looking into.
I saw a wheel cleaner in advance auto parts that has teflon in it that claims to keep dirt etc. from clinging to the wheels. I haven't tried it but it sounds like an interesting concept.
Aside from changing the pads you can use this product. Developed before WWII for the preservation of aircraft aluminum components. Leaves a film on the surface that catches the particles and they can taken off with a swipe of a paper towel.
