I have used Martins in Phiiladelphia for last 27 years. I have a bumper they did in 1976 that still looks good and my C-1 lives outdoors. Back then things were very reasonable ( all chrome outside less than $800) but EPA regulations have changed that. Harry did a bumper last year for
$250 so things aint too cheap. Other owners in my club have used Pauls
in PA. with good success. Back in the 60s I remember all the show cars were using Lemon Grove in National City, Ca. Good Luck .
