I just bought a lead hammer off the ford website. And I am going to try the duct tape trick now. Thanks

You might be pleased with a "split-head" hammer -- I bought one a few years back & it works well. Check out Enco Manufacturing (Chicago) part number 800-0601 for a 4-1/2# hammer with split head & 2" faces. It comes with both faces equipped with leather/hide pucks, but I also ordered a couple hard nylon faces (800-0611). This is about $50 worth of stuff. Tape up the handle with athletic tape like a hockey stick grip. Use a nylon face first (removal) & last (installation). Use a hide face otherwise. You can do several sets of install/removal of all four wheels before the pucks are smashed up too badly & should be replaced. It also helps to take the load off of the wheel when installing or removing KOs. If you jack the car with the tire slightly off the ground, have assistant apply the brake while you are beating on spinner.
