If all else fails you can put a "T" fitting in the exixting oil line. The suggestion to use some heat is a good one. Paint is cheap, removing the intake so you can repair stripped/gouged threads is a bitch.

I see you are from Mt. Holly! I grew up in NJ very close to you - on a farm in Pemberton and my wife is from Delran.
