side window run ?

side window run ?
OK I need to replace my window runs. i have pulled the inner panels and don't see how to remove the lower portion of the run. even more , how do i put the new one back in ? How would i replace the window mechanisim if i needed to?

The current (Summer 2004) issue of the NCRS "Corvette Restorer" magazine has a terrific article by Dave Zuberer on midyear door glass hardware removal and installation; far better than the Shop Manual.
