I got a catalog from Chicago Corvette the other day and noticed they sell a 'duplicate window sticker' for about 4 bucks. I thought it would be fun to get one and try to duplicate the original invoice sticker this winter. Has anyone done this, and do you have recommendations on better / alternative sources for these documents and procedures, including typeset/font, etc.
I know there are some of you that are lucky enough to have the original documents and have posted pics of them before. If you feel like posting those pictures again, I'd like to look them over.
In addition, if you have input about these items I welcome any comments about what is on them. There does seem to be different formats too. (?)
It's a lot easier to have the guys at Triple-A make you one - http://window-sticker.com/index.htm - just tell them what you have, and they'll make you one with the right codes, fonts, prices, etc. Nice for shows so the spectators can see what they're looking at. It won't fool a document specialist, but otherwise is very authentic-looking. I laminate one and leave it on the windshield - gets lots of comments (like the prices ).

If you go to "My Corvette Photos" on the left and peruse the pictures, my original window sticker is posted. It is not all typed in the same fonts
107512`s window sticker is now up at the link below. It was nice when you could buy a Vette anyway you wanted.

Yes, the AAA place (advertised in Vette Views) does a good job...you will have to give them a dealer name for delivery and the list of options on your car. They also offer them laminated. I got two..one plain and one laminated. Nice for display but not going to fool anyone as noted above.
