Seems like a read some recent posts on replacing gear sets, (may have been for the speedometer though).
Anyway, I'm looking to replace some worn gears in my odometer. Specifically, the three plastic gears, (two are a kind of worm gear and one is a small drive gear). I've done some looking but the only place that seems to have them is LIC and I'm not sure by there description if its what I'm after. Their catalog simply says "Odometer Gear Set".
Has anyone replaced these gears and where did you get them? Also, was it worth the trouble or did they just wear out again??
