This engine is complete except for the intake manifold (I can use my present setup). The information we have is that it was a strong runner prior to being pulled. I can purchase this engine for $3,500.00.
My question is, is this a fair price for this engine? If I purchase it I am planning on having it opened up to check for the need to freshening it up with at least a valve job and possibly bearings and rings. What do you guys think? Your comments would be greatly appreciated.
