I have a friend who has a #3799349 intake. He said it is dated 2-2-61.
I know that's an earlier date than you want, but if you are interested in it I can get more info.

ALL 3799349 intakes have 2-2-61 on them. That's not the casting date, that's on them all. They also have a casting date located not too far from the 2-2-61.

OK, thanks for the info. I'm just going off a note the guy gave me. He said there is also a "171" on the manifold. Would that be the casting date? If so, it probably is "I71" that would make it a Sept. 7, 1961 date? Does that sound right?
