Recovering headrest
Has anybody done this, I'm planning on recovering the seats and installing new foam, but my headrests are cracked and ugly. Does someone make a kit?
Replacements are not a cost effective option.

Corvette America makes the original style (no seams) headrest covers. I bought a couple but haven't tried recovering them yet. They also sell replacement foam. They will recover your originals for around $150 if I recall. That includes materials so not such a bad deal overall.
Al Knoch sells headrest covers as well but told me that they are sewn so have a seam. Not completely original, but considering the quality of his other stuff I'm sure they are excellent.
My foam is OK, it's just that the covers are shot so I just bought the covers alone.

Try Riks Corvette in N.C. www.riksvet.com
I have seen recovering services in their catalog.
