Make sure you use flat black before the semi gloss black. It take just a bit of the shine away. Nice lite coats also. Don't try to do it one coat. This is the biggest mistake most people make.

Maybe I'm wrong but from the factory the flags aren't painted right you just did that for looks??

looks good just don't remember them being painted on our 68

68 flags are not painted coloured, just black with chrome flanges.

But looks nice in colours.

I had surgery almost two weeks ago on my left shoulder...and I'm left handed! I feel your pain. How is physical therapy going...I mean other than working on these shift plates!
