Default Trim Tag Id question

I have been researching my car and on my trim tag there is a L17 at the top right corner. I know the interior color is BQ4, black, and exterior I believe is 972, which is Can Am White. But the L # at the top right corner I can't figure out what that stands for. I've tried doing searches and I even found where someone took picture of the tag and described the interior and exterior color but never mentioned the other numbers. If anyone has an idea of what they represent let me know, I am very curious. Thanks
Kevin

More likely it is the date code it hit the assembly line. For example, mine says "K-25".Think that date represents when the "trim tag" was put on. Someone posted info here recently on this.

"L" is July,I think. That means July 17 in your case,if my memory is correct.
