Yikes! That is kind of big. Why don't you compress it. Windows Movie Maker will convert it to WMV really easy and quick. Its located at: Start->All Programs->Accessories->Windows Movie Maker
I would use the "Video for Lan 768kbps" quality setting and 320x240 resolution (or higher). That should get the size down to a managable number. If you can get it near 6MB, let me know and I'll host it.
