Default Bracket to seperate rad hose / belt??

I believe I have seen a bracket somewhere that will seperate the belt from the upper rad hose, but can't find seem to find one now. Look at the pic and you can see that my current set-up has bad news written all over it within a few miles down the road.

Anybody got some ideas???

Thanks!

You do not need to worry about the hose at all. You ain't goin' anywhere unless you have a set of those "invisible" spark plug wires.

Seriously,
It looks like you could rotate the hose a bit to keep it off the alternator belt. I would try that first. The factory had a small guard that attached to the alternator adjusting bracket just for that purpose.

Hi
You won't like this, but it has worked for me for over 25 years. My vette had tri-power and a smog pump so belts and hoses have always been a problem. I pulled the hose towards the radiator with a cushioned wire to one of the shroud bolts. Your motor looks too good for that, though.

Default Mine already ate one hose...

Soooooooooo......

I cut out a piece of aluminum flashing about 5" long by 3" wide.

I then formed it so it fit nicely around the hose and held it in place with two hose clamps.

Twisting the hose worked fine until the engine warmed up and it got pressure in it.
