A Corvette Forum Email I got.
From my now Corvette addicted 17year old daughter, a little note for our members.
Dearest Dad,
I would just like to inform you that the Corvette forum is addicting, and I don't even drive or take part in rebuilding yours! I stayed up for about a whole hour just looking at people's posts and the fun things everyone says. It's really cool to see how much those other people can help you. Tell them all to keep up the good work so people like me won't get bored...even thought I don't think that's possible.

I know a dad like you is proud of that e-mail, I have my son (18 years old) interested in the Vette,I let him drive it when ever he wants as long as dad is not using it, I get first dibs. I have not gotten him interestd in the site yet, he'll look at post and pics I pull up, but he has other interest (keep your daughter away from him) girls.

That is great. Helping out on putting the BB in may have taken hold. You may be in the market for another C3 sooner than you think.
I sometimes send links to my wife at work of peoples work and of the garage posts. Micheal, 18, likes to see the pictures of peoples cars also. He makes sure to tell all of his friends when they see the car, that he has not got to drive the vette since I got it all put back together.

That's cool ...... my 18 yr old son is more interested in getting ready for college (yay .. uh now I 'm really broke) than WORKING on the vette, but he will drive it for the special occasions ...... prom, dates, school functions requiring an entrance ........ etcRobert
